Understanding the importance of teaching staff, in addition to being experienced, most of the music instructors hold performance diplomas or are students/graduates of university music departments, ensuring a high standard of teaching. Regarding visual arts instructors, most hold diplomas from the Xu Beihong Academy of Art at Renmin University of China.
